I am 15 years old, 5 feet 8 inches and 110 pounds. In underweight due to rapid metabolism (my whole family is very thin), a large amount of exercise (I about 5 times a week starting, 4-5 miles) and try to eat healthy: Do not eat too many fatty junk food Food / sugar. You probally need to talk to your doctor about it, especially if you want to be, to have children one day and you do not get your period now, this will affect your children one day. Ask the questions now.
Hello, you proabaly accustomed to your current weight, but gain or weight loss begins in the mind.
