Why are yahoo accounts bouncing email back saying it can't be accepted (that it is spam?)? - smtp 554 spam error

I tried email@yahoo.com accounts this morning of my Gmail account, but I get a permanent error, why it was rejected on the other side, because they are viewed as spam. see below:
