Why the regular army patrol in the streets after the arrest of Alabama? Is it even allowed the United States?
Governor has not asked for military personnel in Alabama. Perhaps Alabama was FEMA?
Why do things have to be kept under control? The shooter is dead.

Regular army can be used to combat crime.
The governor could call the state National Guard to patrol the streets.
But what has really happened, that this is the first day of an urban legend.
Only the President may deploy military forces of our national forces. The governor can implement their state militia or National Guard.
I am sure that he did not start patrolling their own.
So people may have become insensitive to the army on their streets. Get ready for martial law.
